Kyle has trained under renowned chefs from the United States and Europe. With a long career committed to excellence in the hospitality industry his personal ethos remains using ingredients found locally in the current season with an affinity for low waste. Directly assisting in the garnering of high acclaim and accolades for establishments he has worked at in Pennsylvania, New York City, Estonia, and Montana.
We’ve had the fortune of enjoying Kyle’s excellent presentations since 2020 and look forward to having him on our team for years to come.
Breakfast - Breakfast is served buffet style. Sample items include; Bacon, Eggs, Hashbrowns, Yogurt, Granola, Fresh Fruit, Muffins, Juice.
Lunch - Enjoy a hearty lunch on the water. Sample menu includes; Sandwich, Fresh Fruit, Cold Salad, Cookie, Chips. Non-alcholic drinks included.
Appetizer / Cocktail Hour - Relax after a great day of fishing with appetizers and a drink. Sample menu; Smoked brie, huckleberry jam, cured meats, fresh fruit, nuts, smoked salmon. Beer, Liquor, Wine.
Dinner - Enjoy a delicious meal in our spacious dining room. Sample menu; New York Strip, Garlic Mashed Potatoes, Asparagus, Warm Bread, Caesar Salad. Red Wine.
Dessert - Pistachio cake, New York vanilla ice cream.
